I did a voluntary work at a school near the Parkside Hotel and stayed there for a month. Besides the local (and very delicious) food, I always had access to WiFi and cold/warm water. Also it was possible to take part in safari tours (also from the hotel itself) and cultural programs – accordingly to the central placement, it is quite easy to get to the attractions.
Moreover, the family and hotel staff was really caring and open minded. Also they helped me to organize the tours and trips to Lumbini and Kathmandu.
