It was a truly incredible experience staying at Parkside Hotel. Such a welcoming and warm feeling from staff from the first step we arrived in Chitwan. Everyone working at the hotel were super friendly and really looked after you. We felt and been treated more like good friends rather than another tourists.
The room was very spacious, very comfy beds, newly renovated, all other facilities were very clean and tidy. Beautiful artwork in the hall. Delicious food!

Absolutely loved the Tharu culture performance show and dance at the hotel, what a beautiful cultural experience.
And of course one of the best parts was jungle safari and canoe ride with the best guide Gopal! He is such a caring and professional guide, very knowledgable and showed us so many interesting birds, animals and sights around. I saw several Rhinos, wild elephant, crocodiles, monkeys, very rare Great Hornbill, and even the leopard in the distance! Also heaps of birds, and best part that they were all wild and in their natural habitat.

The hotel is run by local Nepalese family, we got to meet one of the owners, and he told us about how much input they got in the local community. They help in so many ways, certain percentage of the accommodation price goes towards helping community (like building schools, library, etc) , What an incredible cause. I cannot recommend enough this place and humble people who look after this place! Thank you so much for the magical stay and experience!
